Charlene joined Chapman Taylor in 2019 and is the main designer and project manager of the Shanghai masterplanning team. She specialises in urban planning and architectural design at various scales, from industrial buildings to major new cities.
Charlene has extensive experience in both Europe and China, working on both government and private developer projects. She has worked in China for nine years on many types of projects, in the transportation, commercial, hospitality, cultural tourism, office and industrial parks sectors.
