UKAA Build to Rent Expo 2024: The Premier Gathering for BTR Professionals

The eagerly awaited UKAA Build to Rent Expo is set to return on the 29th of February at the Business Design Centre in London. Renowned as the largest and exclusive trade show tailored for the Build to Rent (BTR) sector, this event promises to be a pivotal platform for industry players.

The expo, organised by the UK Apartment Association (UKAA), is a platform for developers, operators, advisors, and investors seeking the latest trends and innovations in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) landscape. With an impressive turnout of 750 registrants and 90 exhibitors in 2023, this year's edition aims to surpass previous successes by fostering an environment ripe for collaboration and idea exchange.

Chapman Taylor is exhibiting and will be showcasing our expertise in BTR developments. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with Director Michael Swiszczowski, Associate Director Simon Pitt, and Associate Director Richard Daw.

The expo not only serves as a marketplace for BTR solutions but also as a catalyst for driving forward the BTR industry. By spotlighting cutting-edge innovations, the event seeks to attract stakeholders who are integral to shaping the future of BTR operations.

The UKAA, as the foremost association for the UK BTR and Single Family Rental sectors, is committed to advancing these segments within the property landscape. With a mission to elevate BTR as the preferred choice for property professionals and customers alike, the association continues to drive positive change and innovation within the industry.
