Situated at the heart of Lijia Smart Experience Park, the 50,000m² GBA project enjoys a picturesque setting bounded by Baiyun Mountain, Baiyun Lake Park, and the historic Baiyunzhai forest region. Chapman Taylor’s design integrates nature with cutting-edge technology, creating a contextual and smart hotel for the Curio by Hilton brand. The development caters to business, conference, and tourist guests, offering personalised experiences and a smart, efficient, and healthy environment. Amenities include banquet halls, conference centres, fitness facilities, themed dining options, and VIP suites. The landscaped common areas feature interactive art installations and an entrance plaza. An automated check-in service utilising AI facial recognition and a virtual "butler" enhance guest convenience.
