Future Hotel - Curio by Hilton, Chongqing, China (Hotel Architecture)

Chapman Taylor secured the design competition for Future Hotel, organized by Chongqing Liangjiang Industry Investment Group. Situated at the heart of Lijia Smart Experience Park, the 50,000m² GBA project enjoys a picturesque setting bounded by Baiyun Mountain, Baiyun Lake Park, and the historic Baiyunzhai forest region. Chapman Taylor’s design integrates nature with cutting-edge technology, creating a contextual and smart hotel for the Curio by Hilton brand. The development caters to business, conference, and tourist guests, offering personalised experiences and a smart, efficient, and healthy environment. Amenities include banquet halls, conference centers, fitness facilities, themed dining options, and VIP suites. The landscaped common areas feature interactive art installations and an entrance plaza. An automated check-in service utilising AI facial recognition and a virtual "butler" enhance guest convenience.

Jinhua Zijinhanbi Plaza, Jinhua, China (Retail Interiors)

Chapman Taylor’s visionary interior design for Jinhua Zijinhanbi Plaza seamlessly integrates business, art, and technology, aiming to redefine the shopping and leisure experience in Jinhua and beyond. Located in the dynamic Jindong district within the Jinhua Central Business District (CBD) and Transport Oriented Development (TOD), this retail and leisure project spans an impressive 300,000m², with approximately 73,000m² dedicated to commercial spaces.

The Asia Pacific Property & Hotel Awards 2024 provides a platform for property and hospitality industry professionals to connect, learn, and network. The final results will be announced at the award ceremony on May 31st at The Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Thailand.
