Retail and Leisure: Creating Quality Urban Environments, cover story in September’s RLI magazine

Chapman Taylor takes the cover feature on September’s RLI (Retail & Leisure International) magazine.

The world's leading retail magazine looks into our practice's current retail and leisure schemes from around the world including an interview with Director, Adrian Griffiths, who discusses our practices performance and our current portfolio of projects across our international studios.

Adrian Griffiths comments "Our future work load is strong and includes many diverse projects across the world such as Global 100, a major new Chinese theme park on Hainan Island, to Plaza Rio 2 which will be Madrid's largest inner city shopping centre, to designing the biggest cinema in the world in Dubai, through to helping IKEA expand its presence in Asia". In the UK, we have picked up a number of design commissions to expand Ashford Designer Outlet in Kent and we have just been appointed to redesign Gatwick Airport's North Terminal Departure Lounge, as well as our continued involvement in the the regeneration of Brent Cross shopping centre".

Adrian continues on our objectives for the year ahead, "We want to continue leading the field in designing world class creative and successful retail and leisure environments, that will stand the test of time, and of course win further industry awards such as RLI Designer of the Year which we are proud to have received in 2016."
