Rafal Giersz speaking at Property Forum 2023 on the 19th of September, Warsaw

The director of our Warsaw studio, Rafal Giersz, has been invited to take part in a session entitled "To Live the Age of the Empire State Building", at the Property Forum on 19th of September at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Warsaw.

Property Forum, is organized by the PTWP Group, the publisher of Propertynews.pl – the largest website devoted to the subject of commercial and residential properties in Poland. The event consists of two days of thematic panels by 100s of speakers from Poland and abroad.

Owners and heads of the largest real estate companies present in Poland will be in attendance to discuss current market conditions and trends in offices, warehouses, shopping centres, hotels, apartments and PRS sectors.

Rafal Giersz

Rafal has worked on several major retail-led projects, using his excellent retail design knowledge to enhance schemes. He has also been involved in developing our business in the retail and leisure sectors.

He joined Chapman Taylor's London studio in December 2006, transferring to the Warsaw studio, in Poland, in April 2007, where he became Director in 2020.

Rafal is focused on using his skills to strengthen the Warsaw studio’s capabilities in producing world-class architectural design.
