Park View Grand Spa named “Luxury Project of the Year” at the ET Now / Rise with India Real Estate Awards

The Park View Grand Spa residential scheme in Gurugram, India, has been named “Luxury Project of the Year” at the ET Now/Rise with India Real Estate Awards, which took place in Mumbai on 15 February.

The award, presented to owners Bestech Group, was made in recognition of the development’s outstanding design and environmental sustainability credentials.

Park View Grand Spa consists of nine 20-storey towers and one 33-storey tower. Each tower has three lifts, which benefit from three-sided open views. Centred on an eight-acre landscaped park, the development provides many interior and exterior community facilities, including various sports areas and children’s recreation facilities.

As well as a luxury club containing a multi-purpose hall, a fully equipped gym and a high-quality spa amenity, Park View incorporates a school and other facilities for its residents. Sustainability is a key feature of the design, including optimum cross-ventilation and abundant natural light.

Chapman Taylor was responsible for the masterplanning and architectural design of this prestigious residential scheme. Park View Grand Spa was previously awarded ‘Highly Commended’ status in the ‘Residential High-Rise for India’ category at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards, 2016.

Congratulations to Bestech Group and to everyone involved in realising this ambitious and innovative development.
