Natalia Morado promoted to Associate Director

Chapman Taylor is delighted to announce the promotion of Natalia Morado to Associate Director.

Based in the Madrid studio, Natalia has made an outstanding contribution to the practice through her design leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering high-quality, people-centred projects across a range of sectors and international markets. Throughout her career at Chapman Taylor, she has played a key role in the successful delivery of complex architectural projects, combining creative design thinking with a strong focus on client service, user experience, and project excellence.

Natalia is highly regarded for her collaborative approach and her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all stages of the design and delivery process. Her experience spans large-scale mixed-use, retail, residential and regeneration projects, where she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to creating innovative, sustainable, and commercially successful places that foster vibrant communities.

In addition to her project responsibilities, Natalia is an active contributor to the wider practice, supporting business development initiatives, mentoring emerging talent and representing Chapman Taylor at industry events and conferences. Most recently, she represented the Madrid studio at the 2026 SIEC Retail Real Estate Event in Paris, highlighting the practice's expertise in retail-led regeneration and mixed-use development.

This promotion recognises Natalia's significant contribution to the success of the Madrid studio and the wider practice, as well as the leadership role she continues to play in shaping projects, supporting clients, and developing future talent.
