Michael Swiszczowski to speak at RIXARCH International Architectural Design Conference in Riga

Chapman Taylor’s Group Board Director, Michael Swiszczowski, will speak at RIXARCH IV International Architectural Design Conference, taking place on 1 April 2026 at Aisteres Hall in Riga, Latvia.

Bringing together architects, policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders from across Europe, the conference explores the future of housing and urban living in response to growing challenges around affordability, sustainability, and financing.

Michael will present at 12:25 with a talk titled “Build to Rent: The new frontier of sustainable communal living”. Drawing on his extensive experience in the Build to Rent sector, he will share insights into how design-led approaches can create high-quality, community-focused living environments that respond to evolving lifestyles while delivering long-term value.

As cities continue to adapt to changing social and economic conditions, RIXARCH provides a platform for meaningful dialogue between disciplines, connecting architecture, finance, and society to shape more resilient and inclusive urban futures.

Attendees will gain valuable international perspectives, explore practical strategies for sustainable housing delivery, and engage with a diverse network of professionals helping to define the next generation of living environments.
