Join us at BisNow’s The UK’s Living Sector Update in London 24th November

We are attending BisNow’s The UK’s Living Sector Update at the Leonardo Royal in Tower Bridge, London, on 24th November.

Architect Catalina Ionita will be moderating a panel about the ‘future of living: resident-led regeneration strategies’ from 10.40-11.20 am.

Amongst other topics, this event will cover the current state of the residential market, and the impact of rising interest rates, and hence mortgage rates, on the rental market. Plus, actions to future-proof and build lasting communities that incorporate sustainable health and wellness measures, and what lifecycle renting means for investors and developers and understanding demand.

The event runs from 8 am – 11.45 am. For more details about attendees, the agenda, and to book your place, please visit: https://www.bisnow.com/events/...
