Inside the Studios: Meet Kevin Simmons

Kevin Simmons is a senior architect based in our Bristol studio, who first joined us as an architectural assistant. Kevin talks about his design inspiration and how he feels encouraged to bring his best self to work every day.

Kevin says, “the more I researched architecture, the more I understood what a cool mix it was of art and science”.

Kevin Simmons (BA(Hons) MArch PGC)

Senior Architect

Kevin studied architecture at the University of the West of England followed by a master's at Oxford Brookes University, specialising in International Architectural Regeneration and Development. In 2019 he received his final qualification at the University of the West of England in Bristol.

Previously working overseas on residential, commercial, hospitality and heritage projects, Kevin joined Chapman Taylor in 2018 where his diverse abilities have helped establish him as a key member of the Bristol team.
