Chapman Taylor’s Michael Swiszczowski to speak at Modular Matters conference on 30 October

Chapman Taylor’s Michael Swiszczowski will be speaking at the Modular Matters conference at Birmingham NEC on 30 October.

The conference programme, which has been developed for architects, designers, engineers, specifiers, contractors and clients, features leading pioneers and innovators from the volumetric modular sector. The event will focus on the latest developments in the sector in the UK and internationally.

Michael will be presenting a case study on our recent Holiday Inn Express development in Manchester, discussing Chapman Taylor’s experience in, and the benefits of, volumetric modular construction. He recently wrote an Insight paper about modular construction, using his experience on the Holiday Inn Express project to role that off-site construction has to play in addressing the UK’s building capacity problem.

Michael is an experienced designer of residential projects, with a particular focus upon Build-to-Rent, student accommodation and modular construction.

If you would like to join us, please visit the Modular Matters website to book your place – tickets are £125 +VAT, which includes refreshments and lunch.
