Chapman Taylor’s Michael Swiszczowski to speak at Coliving Conference 2026

Chapman Taylor Group Board Director Michael Swiszczowski will speak at the Coliving Conference 2026, joining leading voices from across the shared living and real estate sectors in London this October.

Michael will participate in the panel discussion “From Temporary Stay to Long-Term Home: Building and Operating for the Evolving Resident Lifecycle” at 15:00 on 15 October.

The session will explore what happens when coliving evolves from a temporary accommodation choice into a long-term home, and how the sector needs to respond to residents who choose to stay for longer. The panel will consider how design, services and operational models can evolve to support mid- and long-term living, as well as the role of resident experience and retention strategies in creating successful and sustainable communities.

Michael brings extensive experience across Build-to-Rent, coliving, student living and wider residential-led mixed-use development. His contribution will draw on Chapman Taylor’s experience of designing homes and communities around changing lifestyles, resident expectations and evolving models of urban living.

Now in its fourth edition, the Coliving Conference is a two-day international event dedicated to the future of shared living. Powered by Coliving Ventures, the conference brings together developers, operators, investors, designers, entrepreneurs and other industry specialists to exchange ideas and explore emerging opportunities within the sector.

More than 300 attendees and 50 speakers are expected to participate, with the programme combining panel discussions, interactive sessions, product showcases and networking opportunities. The event will be delivered in a hybrid format, allowing delegates to participate both in person in London and online.

The Coliving Conference 2026 takes place in London on 14–15 October 2026.
