Chapman Taylor's Group Board Director Michael Swiszczowski will join an expert panel at the Association for Rental Living (ARL) AI in Build-to-Rent Summit, taking place in Manchester on Monday 28 September 2026.
The conference will bring together investors, developers, operators, advisers and technology providers to explore how Artificial Intelligence is transforming every stage of the Build-to-Rent journey, from planning and design through to operations and long-term asset management.
Michael will take part in the panel discussion "Manchester Market Spotlight – Why Manchester Leads the UK's Build to Rent Revolution", taking place from 14:00–14:40. The interactive session will examine why Manchester continues to set the benchmark for Build-to-Rent in the UK, exploring how the city has embraced innovation, technology and collaborative delivery models to create thriving rental communities. Panellists will share practical experience, real-world case studies and insights into the opportunities AI presents for the future of the sector.
