Chapman Taylor’s Michael Swiszczowski to moderate panel discussion at Bisnow Manchester Build-to-Rent conference on 6 September

Chapman Taylor Associate Director Michael Swiszczowski will be moderating a panel discussion at the Bisnow “Manchester Build-to-Rent Boom” conference on 6 September.

Michael will chair a discussion entitled “Attracting and retaining residents: community development and design”. The panel will include Way of Life Managing Director Sowgol Zarinchang, FEC Regional General Manager Gavin Taylor, Allied London Residential Director James Sidlow and LIV Group CEO Graham Bates.

Also speaking at the inaugural Manchester event will be new Manchester City Council’s new Director of Housing and Residential Growth Jon Sawyer, M&G Real Estate Head of Residential Investments Alex Greaves and Co-Founder of Capital and Centric Tim Heatley.
