Michael’s and Catalina’s appointment reflects their expertise, leadership, and influence in shaping the future of rental living design.

As a Special Advisor, Michael will work alongside fellow committee members and the ARL team to:

🏡 Provide industry insights that support the evolution of rental housing models
🔎 Address key design challenges in co-living and BtR developments
📖 Develop resources and guidance to help members navigate an ever-changing market

At Chapman Taylor, we believe that thriving rental communities go beyond high-quality homes - they create vibrant, engaging places where people genuinely want to live, work, and connect.

With his expertise in urban activation, placemaking, and sustainable mixed-use developments, Michael will play a key role in shaping best practices that actively promote the long-term success of rental living. We look forward to his contribution in driving meaningful change and developing successful community-focused environments within the sector.
