Bristol Studio Shortlisted for Architect & Large Development of the Year Insider SW Awards

Chapman Taylor’s studio in Bristol has been shortlisted for Architect of the Year at the Insider South West Residential Property Awards 2023. Castle Park View, a residential scheme designed by the studio, has also been shortlisted, in the Large Development of the Year category.

Chapman Taylor’s Bristol studio recently celebrated its 10th birthday. From modest beginnings, it has grown to a significant studio of talented designers within the Chapman Taylor group. Over the last ten years, the team has worked on a diverse range of projects across the Chapman Taylor core sectors.

Notable projects include Castle Park View which provides 375 new homes, through a mixture of Build-to-Rent and affordable dwellings in the heart of the city. Chapman Taylor, acting for Linkcity, was responsible for the architectural design of the scheme, and worked with Bouygues UK on the construction phase and interior design.

Insider’s South West Residential Property Awards returns in 2023 for its third year on 27th April, at Sandy Park, after a hugely successful gala event in 2022. The residential property market is booming across the region and the awards celebrate the achievements of all the individuals and businesses involved in this thriving sector.
