Chapman Taylor to speak at Property Week’s ESG Edge Conference on 13 November 2025

Chapman Taylor will be participating in the Property Week ESG Edge Conference, taking place on 13 November 2025 at the Hilton Bankside, London.

The annual conference brings together leading industry professionals for a day of insightful discussions, lightning talks, and panels exploring the evolving ESG agenda. This year’s programme will spotlight key decarbonisation and sustainability trends, as well as the growing influence of social value, equality, diversity, and inclusion on the property and development sectors.

Representing Chapman Taylor, Alex Esfahani, Associate Director and Global Head of Sustainability, and Rachael Hardy, Senior Architect, will deliver a lightning talk and join a panel discussion exploring "what social value looks like in the built environment and how it can be measured, delivered, and scaled".

Their session will provide a practical overview supported by case studies from Chapman Taylor’s design portfolio, illustrating how design can create lasting community benefit while aligning with responsible business practice.

Group Board Director Michael Swiszczowski will also be in attendance at the event.

The ESG Edge Conference offers a platform for thought leadership, collaboration, and innovation, helping the property industry accelerate progress towards a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient built environment.
