Chapman Taylor takes part in New Delhi Architectural and Design Summit

Chapman Taylor was among the participants at the 5th Economic Times Architectural and Design Summit held on September 6th in New Delhi. Leading architects, interior designers and others from across India came together to hear presentations and hold discussions on a theme of “Designing for Diversified India”.

Director Sapna Kumar took part in a discussion entitled “Chaos Theory: Designing for diversified India”. The panel addressed the proposition that technological solutions do not bring out the real architecture of India’s past.

Other presentations and discussion topics ranged from the use of materials to reflect India’s diversity in architecture to how colour use can leave a lasting impact on people’s lives.

The conference, organised by ET Edge (an Economic Times initiative), was part of a series of events organised to bring industry leaders and others together to share critical business knowledge through a programme of lectures, panel groups and workshops.

Chapman Taylor, as one of India’s leading architecture and design companies, is delighted to have been able to offer key insights based upon our extensive experience of many of India’s property sectors.
