Chapman Taylor produces a new design concept for Imperial Residence Azadlig, Baku

Designed to reflect the aesthetic character of London architecture, Chapman Taylor’s design concept for Imperial Residence Azadlig retains an elegant yet contemporary character.

Located in a prime location in the centre of Baku, each of the three towers is designed to the latest standards, with an exclusive feel. Apartments are filled with natural light from the full-height windows which provide views of the ever-changing city below. Lushly planted landscaped gardens have design and detailing that are bespoke to each residence.

Imperial Azadlig also offers its residents an array of food and beverage options, on the ground floor. So, whether it’s grabbing a cappuccino to go, or sitting down at a bustling trattoria for dinner, there are options to suit all occasions. The residences are also exceptionally well-integrated with the local infrastructure, and the buzz of downtown Baku is just a short walk or metro ride away.

The combination of a central location and the modern yet classic architectural design will undoubtedly create some of the most sophisticated and desirable apartments in the city.
