Chapman Taylor exhibiting at Gingerbread City in London's Somerset House
Members of Chapman Taylor’s London and Manchester studios have produced remarkable gingerbread models of imaginative urban regeneration projects, which have gone on display as part of the wider Gingerbread City masterplan model at London’s Somerset House.
Our teams put their baking prowess to the test to create two gingerbread development models which combine the latest thinking in urban regeneration with delicious tastes and smells.
Gingerbread City is an annual exhibition organised by the Museum of Architecture to showcase sustainable urban design principles to the general public in a fun and relatable way. The theme of this year’s exhibition is "Transport".
