Chapman Taylor Executive Group AGM highlights our collaborative culture

The Chapman Taylor UK Executive Group held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 13–14 June in Bristol, bringing together senior architects and designers from across the UK studios for two days of collaboration, knowledge-sharing and forward planning.

The Executive Group plays a vital role in championing design quality, technical excellence, responsible design, and – crucially – people and culture. The AGM reflects Chapman Taylor’s ongoing commitment to nurturing an inclusive, connected and supportive working environment across all levels of the company.

This year’s meeting provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues to share insights, align on priorities for the year ahead, and strengthen relationships across studios.

A site visit to Avon Street, a 471-bed student accommodation development currently under construction, offered a first-hand look at one of the practice’s major live UK projects.

Chapman Taylor's executive group is made up of collaborative teams of committed staff who help shape the studio culture and ensure ideas and initiatives are shared across the practice.

This structure is part of what makes Chapman Taylor a great place to work – empowering people, promoting innovation and strengthening the bonds that underpin successful projects.

From open dialogue to shared ambitions, the AGM in Bristol showcased the strength of Chapman Taylor’s people-first culture – one of the many reasons our teams continue to thrive.
