Chapman Taylor to moderate panel at the Bisnow Build-to-Rent Annual Conference on 5 June

Chapman Taylor will again be participating in the annual Bisnow PRS/Build-to-Rent conference at the Hilton London Wembley Hotel in London on 5 June, and Chapman Taylor clients receive a special 20% discount on the admission price for the event.

Director Michael Swiszczowski will be moderating a panel discussion on ‘Connecting and activating space’ at 10.45am, where industry experts will talk about adding value to Build-to-Rent developments with attractive and context-appropriate design which creates a sense of place and promotes community interaction.

Our attendance at the Bisnow Build-to-Rent conference follows a successful event in 2018, where Michael spoke as part of a panel discussion on ‘BTR v3.0: The Evolution of The Unit’.

Leading members of our UK Residential and Interiors teams will also be at the event, discussing our projects and our insights into the direction of the sector. Visitors will be able to examine some of our key projects in an immersive Virtual Reality format.
