Castle Park View wins Best Residential Development at Bristol Property Awards

Congratulations to our client Linkcity for winning the Residential Development Award this year, for Castle Park View, designed by Chapman Taylor.

The judges praised Castle Park View as “a unique landmark with exceptional quality and design”.

The multi-award-nominated Castle Park View has regenerated a brownfield site owned by Bristol City Council and Homes England in a prime location on the south-eastern corner of Castle Park – delivering 375 new homes, through a mixture of Build-to-Rent and affordable dwellings in the heart of the city.

The Bristol Property Awards celebrate the dynamic Bristol property sector. This year’s Awards Ceremony took place at the Ashton Gate Stadium, home of the Bristol Bears and Bristol City, on Friday 25 November.

The Best Residential Development Award was sponsored by Shawbrook Bank.
