Castle Park View and Linkcity shortlisted in the Bristol Property Awards

Castle Park View, a Bristol city centre scheme designed by Chapman Taylor for Linkcity, has been shortlisted for three Bristol Property Awards.

The scheme is up for an award in the Civic Development, Residential Development and Transformation categories.

The Bristol Property Awards celebrate the dynamic Bristol property sector. This year’s Awards Ceremony will take place at the Ashton Gate Stadium on Friday 25 November from 12 pm. To book tickets visit www.bristolpropertyawards.co.uk/tickets/

Castle Park View has regenerated a brownfield site owned by Bristol City Council and Homes England in a prime location on the south-eastern corner of Castle Park – delivering some of the best dedicated Built-to-Rent homes in the city centre.

Chapman Taylor, acting for Linkcity, was responsible for the architectural design of Castle Park View, and worked with Bouygues UK on the construction phase and interior design.
