Mariia Grachova, Associate Director at Chapman Taylor’s Brussels Studio, is attending the two-day Belgium Real Estate Summit ‘Realty’ this September in Brussels. The event is being held at Brussels Gare Maritime.

Realty 2023 is a meeting place for all forms of commerce and leaders in Real Estate with this year's theme being 'How will we live in 2050?'. It is a key real estate event for the industry in Belgium and beyond.

Chapman Taylor's recent experience in Belgium includes: L’esplanade Louvain-la-Neuve; Brussels Airport Connector Building; Ville 2 Shopping Centre and Galerie Porte Louise.

Mariia has worked on major retail, transportation and mixed-use schemes in Europe, Africa and South Asia, including the Brussels Airport Connector building, Evry2 shopping centre and the adjacent Place des Terrasses urban regeneration development near Paris, Douala Airport in Cameroon and Dolmen shopping centre in Lahore, Pakistan.

Mariia joined Chapman Taylor in July 2012 and became a Director in 2023. Committed and rigorous, Mariia has displayed great leadership skills and is technically proficient, as well as being able to speak several languages.
