A comprehensive concept design report for a luxury, mixed-use resort on the Libyan coast. This substantial document was created as part of the submission for a new beach resort near Misrata, detailing plans and visualisations for each of the different areas of the masterplan. The scheme includes a mix of retail, leisure, residential, hospitality, workplace, educational and cultural uses and the report outlines the topography, zoning, phasing and constraints for the site through a series of graphics and diagrams.

The design of the brochure takes inspiration from Middle Eastern culture, with a colour palette of rich earthy hues combined with jewel tones. This is also reflected in the typography and motifs. The luxury nature of the resort is reflected in the high production values of the brochure, which is case-bound and features embossing and metallic foil on the cover, surrounded by a stylised pattern which is highlighted with a spot varnish.
