Loretta joined Chapman Taylor in 2015 and has experience designing and delivering retail-led, mixed-use, and masterplanning projects across the UK and internationally.
She leads multidisciplinary design teams on complex development projects, with a particular focus on retail masterplanning, urban regeneration, and creating successful mixed-use destinations. Her experience spans projects from initial feasibility and concept design through planning, technical delivery and construction, with a strong focus on integrating retail, leisure and mixed-use environments within their wider urban context.
Loretta works closely with clients, consultants and stakeholders to develop coordinated design solutions that balance commercial objectives with placemaking, customer experience and long-term value.
