A major mixed-use development

The Grand Central Mall is a major mixed-use development in Faisalabad, Pakistan, designed to create a new destination that brings together a seven-storey shopping mall, a residential tower, a luxury hotel and a rooftop clubhouse within an integrated architectural composition.

A distinctive new landmark

The main entrances are framed by elegant golden pergolas, creating a distinctive identity and enhancing the architectural character of the façade. A generous double-height arcade welcomes visitors, providing both an impressive arrival experience and comfortable protection from the sun.

Retail forms the heart of the development

The retail offer forms the heart of the development, supported by a diverse mix of dining and leisure uses designed to create an active destination throughout the day and evening.

A diverse selection of restaurants

At the top of the mall, the food court features a diverse selection of restaurants and cafés, complemented by inviting seating areas where visitors can relax and enjoy their meals.

A one-stop shopping destination

At basement level, a spacious hypermarket offers a convenient one-stop shopping destination, with direct access to two levels of underground parking featuring over 750 spaces.

The Grand Central Mall is set to become Faisalabad’s premier lifestyle destination and a new landmark for the wider region
