Georgia's leading developer Archi and international real estate developer NEXT have announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop the Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort, a landmark hospitality and residential destination on Georgia's Black Sea coast. The announcement marks a significant milestone for one of the country's most ambitious tourism and real estate developments.
Located in the popular coastal resort town of Kobuleti, the project is set to create a world-class beachfront destination that combines luxury hospitality, residential living and leisure amenities. The development reflects the growing confidence in Georgia's tourism sector and its increasing appeal as an international investment destination.
Sail-inspired towers
The architectural planning of the complex was developed by the Madrid studio of Chapman Taylor. Our guiding objective was to develop an architectural concept deeply rooted in the essence of the Black Sea coastline. The three sail-inspired towers define a distinctive silhouette, giving the project its unmistakable identity while echoing the movement and openness of the sea.
A welcoming resort atmosphere shaped by nature, offering a calm yet lively environment for families, leisure, and everyday enjoyment.
Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort will offer a luxury hospitality experience supported by a range of lifestyle, wellness and leisure facilities designed to attract both international visitors and local residents. The project forms part of a broader wave of investment transforming Georgia's hospitality and tourism sectors, helping to establish new benchmarks for resort development in the region.

At the official launch, the audience was addressed by the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze; the Founder of ARCHI, Ilia Tsulaia; the Founder of NEXT, Kakha Devadze; the Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mariam Kvrivishvili; the Chairman of the Government of Adjara, Zurab Pataradze; George Tkhelidze General Director, TBC; Accor's Vice President of Operations for Georgia/the CIS region, Aron Libinson; and Chapman Taylor Director, Jan Dijkema.
As work progresses, Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort is expected to become a significant new addition to Georgia's growing portfolio of world-class hospitality destinations.
