Planning approved for the extension to the Orchard Centre retail park in Didcot

Planning permission has been approved for our £50m Asset Enhancement project at the Orchard Centre retail park and mall in Didcot, UK.

Building on the success of the existing Orchard Centre, our multi-million pound proposals for its expansion will deliver:

• 24 new shops anchored by a new M&S FoodHall, providing additional choice and an improved shopping experience

• Three new public spaces, including one at the heart of the expanded centre suitable for markets and other community events

• Six new restaurants and cafés around the central public space

• A flexible and modern gym conveniently located above the new shopping area

• 100 new car parking spaces and 80 new cycle spaces

• Over 500 new jobs will be created in the expanded centre.
