Head of Sustainability Alex Esfahani to speak at AI and Sustainable Buildings networking breakfast in Manchester

Chapman Taylor’s Head of Sustainability, Alexander Esfahani, will be the special guest speaker at a breakfast networking event exploring how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the future of sustainable architecture.

Hosted at the Boss Design / Domus Manchester Showroom on Tuesday 3 February, from 8:30am to 10:00am, the event will bring together property and design professionals for a morning of networking and insight into the growing role of AI in shaping low-carbon, high-performance buildings.

In his talk, Alex will discuss how emerging AI tools are enabling architects to design smarter, more sustainable and energy-efficient buildings – from early-stage carbon modelling and performance optimisation through to intelligent material selection and operational efficiency. Drawing on Chapman Taylor’s Responsible Design ethos, he will explore how data-driven design is helping minimise environmental impact while maximising long-term value for clients and communities.

The session is aimed at anyone interested in the intersection of technology, sustainability and the built environment, offering practical perspectives on how AI can be embedded into everyday design workflows to support the transition to a low-carbon future.
