Flythrough video showcases the vision for The Grand Central Mall in Faisalabad, Pakistan
A new flythrough video showcases the vision for The Grand Central Mall, a landmark mixed-use development set to transform Faisalabad, Pakistan's retail, hospitality, and residential landscape.
Designed for TGC Builders, the ambitious development brings together a seven-storey shopping mall, luxury hotel, residential tower and rooftop clubhouse with landscaped terraces, creating an integrated lifestyle destination for residents and visitors.
The flythrough video offers a virtual journey through the proposed development, illustrating the elevated architectural vision, scale and mix of uses that will establish The Grand Central Mall as a distinctive new landmark for Faisalabad and the wider region.
Strategically located in one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing cities, the development spans approximately 40,000 m², offering convenient access to Faisalabad’s city centre via the iconic Canal Expressway.
At the heart of the scheme is a seven-storey shopping mall, with a gross built area of approximately 160,000m², complemented by a luxury hotel and residential tower. A rooftop clubhouse and landscaped terraces will provide additional leisure and social spaces, creating opportunities for relaxation, recreation and community interaction.
The design aims to establish a cohesive destination where retail, hospitality, residential and leisure uses complement one another, supporting activity throughout the day and creating a vibrant new focal point for the city.
The Grand Central Mall reflects Chapman Taylor's international expertise in designing large-scale mixed-use destinations that combine commercial vitality with distinctive architecture and engaging visitor experiences.
Once completed, the development aims to become one of Faisalabad's premier lifestyle destinations, contributing to the city's continued growth and establishing a new benchmark for integrated mixed-use development in the region.
