In addition to his contributions to Responsible design, he has played a key role in several residential and mixed-use projects, including Knight Dragon’s Plot M0121 - a new-build, Build-to-Rent tower on Greenwich Peninsula, Waterbeach – a suburban BtR masterplan on behalf of Urban&Civic and the workplace development for Allied London - Manchester Goods Yard.

Working collaboratively across the group, Alex has championed several sustainability-focused initiatives, which he continues to support. He is currently leading a team through the early design stages for Grainger’s John Street in Cardiff as we work towards submitting a planning application for this prime BtR development.

Congratulations Alexander!
