Coeur Picardie shopping centre is a 40,000m² development for Frey Group is the first lifestyle centre in France that includes retail, recreational facilities and dining in an urban atmosphere.

The commercial area of north Amiens will offer more than 40 retail outlets and F&B offerings, including well-known names such as Mango, Armand Thiery and KFC. A food space will include a locally-popular bakery and butcher’s shop.
Chapman Taylor was responsible for the design of this large shopping and relaxation space. Coeur de Picardie represents an investment of €50 million and the creation of 400 jobs for the Amiens region.

The centre also provides a free daycare section to entertain children between three and ten years old, as well as two large play areas for smaller children, so that their parents can enjoy the shopping experience.
