Scott.Weber Workspace at Náměstí Republiky 7 wins Co-Working Office of the Year 2026 Award
Scott.Weber Workspace and Chapman Taylor have been recognised with a prestigious Kanceláře Roku (Office of the Year) 2026 Award in the Hub & Co-Working category for the fit-out of the Scott.Weber workspace at Náměstí Republiky 7 (NR7) in Prague.
Organised annually by Prochazka & Partners, the awards celebrate organisations that invest in creating attractive, functional and healthy workplace environments, recognising excellence in office design and employee experience.
The award-winning fit-out spans 4,630m² across the landmark NR7 building and provides a comprehensive flexible workspace offering. The scheme includes 90 private offices, 17 meeting rooms, an indoor atrium, roof terraces and a conservatory, alongside four event halls, the largest capable of accommodating up to 130 guests.
The project forms part of the wider transformation of Náměstí Republiky 7, one of Prague’s most prominent historic properties. Reopened in 2026 following a €39.8 million renovation, the heritage-protected eight-storey neoclassical building, originally constructed in 1905, has been reimagined as a flagship flexible workspace destination for Scott.Weber Workspace.
Designed by Chapman Taylor, the interior concept carefully balances the preservation of the building’s historic character with the demands of a contemporary workplace. Original architectural features, including wrought-iron railings and mirrored walls, have been retained and celebrated, while modern interventions introduce flexibility, natural light and a diverse range of collaborative and social spaces.
The project reflects the growing demand for high-quality, adaptable work environments that support changing patterns of work while creating inspiring places for businesses and their employees.
The award recognises the success of the design in creating a workplace that combines historic character with contemporary functionality. Náměstí Republiky 7 stands as a landmark in Prague, demonstrating how thoughtful design can breathe new life into heritage buildings while meeting the evolving needs of modern occupiers.
Congratulations to our project team and partners on this fantastic achievement, which reinforces Chapman Taylor's global expertise in creating long-term asset value through forward-thinking workplace architecture.
