Riverside Wharf shortlisted for two categories at the Property Week Resi Awards 2026

We are delighted to share that Riverside Wharf in Swansea Bay has been shortlisted for two major honours at the Property Week Resi Awards 2026: Best Residential Design and Development of the Year (fewer than 350 units).

The shortlist recognition follows the project’s recent topping-out milestone and reflects the strength of the design vision behind this important waterfront development.

Riverside Wharf has been conceived to deliver high-quality, affordable homes while contributing to the long-term regeneration of Swansea Bay, creating a vibrant new residential community closely connected to the water and the surrounding city fabric.
