Chapman Taylor to attend the Footprint+ Conference in London

Chapman Taylor will again attend the annual Footprint+ Conference at Old Billingsgate in London on May 13-14 2026. The conference is a gathering of stakeholders and experts from across the UK property market, dedicated to exploring cutting-edge strategies for achieving Net Zero in real estate.

As part of its commitment to sustainable design and construction, Chapman Taylor will be represented by Rachael Hardy rhardy@chapmantaylor.com and Diana Paune.

Footprint+ is the world's most advanced international conference for the decarbonisation of the built environment. It provides a unique platform for face-to-face interactions on sustainable practices in the property sector, facilitating discussions and knowledge-sharing among participants.

Rachael Hardy (BA Hons, PGDip Arch, PGDip, ARB)

Senior Architect

Rachael is a Senior Architect and Responsible Design Studio Champion Lead who joined Chapman Taylor’s Manchester studio in July 2024. She previously built her experience as a lead/project architect in London, working across multiple workstages and sectors, but specialising predominantly in mixed-use and residential design, ranging from PBSA to private-for-sale, Build to Rent, and supported living. 

She has contributed to masterplans, tall buildings, and large, complex projects across the UK, including a scheme set to become Europe’s largest Passivhaus-certified student accommodation development. Rachael brings to the studio a strong combined interest in both sustainable and creative design.

Diana Paune (BA(Hons), MArch)

Part II Architectural Assistant, UK

Diana joined the Manchester studio in 2024 as a Part II Architectural Assistant supporting the Residential team. She brings a passion for social value and its potential to positively impact and empower communities.

She has experience working on large-scale residential developments, retail spaces, mixed-use schemes and listed building restorations.

A passionate advocate for sustainable design, Diana has been an active member of the Sustainability Collective since joining the practice. She is now Sustainability Collective Lead in Manchester, championing research initiatives and the use of environmental analysis tools into our design process.
