Chapman Taylor successfully completes the concept stage for a new vision for The Grand Central Mall
In the vibrant city of Faisalabad, Chapman Taylor is designing a new landmark destination, The Grand Central Mall, for TGC Builders.
Strategically located and easily accessible from Faisalabad city centre via the Canal Expressway, the development occupies a site of approximately 40,000m² within one of the city’s fastest-growing districts.
The project brings together a vibrant mix of uses, including a residential tower, a luxury hotel, a seven-storey shopping mall with a gross built area of approximately 160,000m², and a rooftop clubhouse with a landscaped terrace. The development is accessed through two prestigious entrance gates.
Construction work is already underway, and the Chapman Taylor team has visited the site to assess progress and identify the adaptations needed to bring the new vision for the project to life.
