Chapman Taylor completes entrance lobby enhancements at The Park, Prague
Chapman Taylor has completed the redesign of two entrance lobbies at The Park, a well-established office campus in Prague, as part of a wider phased asset-enhancement programme that continues across the site.
Now fully operational, the upgraded receptions are welcoming tenants and visitors daily, providing a refreshed first impression for the buildings and reinforcing the campus’s reputation as a high-quality workplace destination.
The modernisation introduces cleaner architectural lines, a more refined material palette and a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival, helping to elevate the overall tenant experience.
The completed lobbies form part of an ongoing strategy to enhance the campus environment and support the long-term value of the estate.

The project was delivered in collaboration with the wider consultant team and implemented under the leadership of Pavel Paseka. The completed lobbies form part of an ongoing strategy to enhance the campus environment and support the long-term value of the estate.
Developed and managed by White Star Real Estate, The Park set a benchmark for campus-style suburban offices in Central and Eastern Europe. Spanning approximately 120,000 m², the Prague complex combines landscaped green surroundings, strong transport connections and a wide range of amenities to foster a vibrant international business community. The lobby upgrades contribute to this vision, ensuring the campus continues to offer inspiring, contemporary work environments for its tenants.
