From a single-use to a comprehensive mixed-use development

A £170m scheme to redevelop Lincoln St Marks shopping precinct which transforms the existing retail park into a comprehensive mixed-use development.

Residential and student accommodation

Whilst also improving links to the High Street and the University of Lincoln, the scheme will provide 150 new residential units, 1,100 student residences, a hotel with 130 rooms and a car park of up to 1,100 spaces, the project introduces new shops, retailers and public spaces - creating up to 2,000 jobs.

Chapman Taylor designed the masterplan and buildings for the planning application, which received unanimous approval from Lincoln’s council in June 2017.
