A large residential project in Luoyang, in the western Henan province of central China, Dennis Juizhou City also includes a 230,000m² shopping centre, a shopping street as well as offices, a business centre and a hotel. Phase one of the 1,600,000m² GBA masterplan, launched in April 2015, is a 570,000m² residential area (the total residential provision will be over 1,000,000m² on completion).

A broad mix of facilities and amenities

As well as the residential component, the scheme comprises a shopping centre and shopping street, offices and a hotel.

Chapman Taylor’s Shanghai studio masterplanned and designed Dennis Juizhou City. Phase two is ongoing.

With over 20 years' design experience, Peter specialises in the interior design and architecture of leisure, retail, F&B and hospitality environments.

He qualified in 1993 from Sheffield University with a Diploma in Architecture and spent a number of years working in the UK before moving to Hong Kong.

Peter has worked with Chapman Taylor in China since 2004 and is a Director of our Shanghai studio, responsible for the studio's management.
