Port Baku Tower 2 fully leased

The Chapman Taylor-designed Port Baku Tower 2 development is now 100% leased in Azerbaijan.

This elegant addition to the Port Baku skyline offers a mix of uses including workplace, food and beverage and retail.

The architectural design for the 36-floor, 167m high, 135,000 m2 Port Baku Tower 2 was conceived as a sculptural completion of the wider Port Baku development. It forms a “bookend” to the eastern aspect of Port Baku and creates a sense of enclosure in the central zone of the development. The tower boasts sculptural, curving façades and inclined upper levels, while the angled foyer space at its base, with a 16m-high ceiling, creates an impressive entrance.

Chapman Taylor acted as lead architect on behalf of Pasha Construction for this impressive landmark, using BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology to deliver a fully coordinated design.
