Director Ram Khatiwada to speak at RCSC “Power of a Brand” Forum in Moscow on 26 September
Chapman Taylor Director Ramchandra Khatiwada will be speaking at the Russian Council of Shopping Centres (RCSC) “Power of a Brand” forum on Thursday 26 September.
The event will take place at Mega Belaya Dacha shopping centre in Moscow, where key figures from the Russian and international retail industries will meet to discuss the Russian retail sector.
Ram will be examining the question “Where next for retail?” in his speech, and will be outlining some of his, and Chapman Taylor’s, key insights on the sector’s challenges and opportunities in a time of great change.
A fluent Russian speaker with excellent knowledge of the Russian design and planning system, Ram heads up Chapman Taylor's Moscow design studio. He has worked on landmark retail, residential, transportation and mixed-use developments in the UK, Russia and across the CIS.
Ram has been central to some of Chapman Taylor’s most memorable retail and leisure projects, such as the award-winning Mega Silk Way shopping centre in Kazakhstan, Chechnya’s Grozny Mall and the soon-to-open Dream Island in Moscow.
