British Council for Offices’ annual conference 14-16th June in Manchester

Delegates from Chapman Taylor’s UK, Prague and Dusseldorf Studios will be attending the BCO annual conference in Manchester, and we will be presenting on tours of two of our schemes: Enterprise City and Media City.

Attending from our Manchester Studio are Group Board Director Tim Partington, Directors Gavin King and Mark Doughty and Senior Interior Designer Michaela O’Hare. From Prague, Group Board Director Jon Hale and Associate Director Igor Bergmann, and from Düsseldorf, Prokurist Hendrik Wirths.

Mark Kowal, BCO President, says, “The recent disruption to how we live and work has accelerated a move to alternative ways of thinking about our workplace. We now have an unprecedented opportunity to readdress the role of the office in our lives, and shape how buildings can encourage innovative and fresh thinking, while introducing greener solutions.”

Choosing Manchester as a host city is pertinent, as it has always pioneered new ways of working and thinking. Young people are flocking here to take advantage of its thriving economy, unrivalled student experience and smart jobs in the science, creative and digital sectors.

The conference will run from Tuesday 14th to Thursday 16th June and is now fully booked. Chapman Taylor will be contributing to the study tours of Media City and Enterprise City.
