Project Architect/BIM (Brussels)

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious Project Architect / BIM Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Chapman Taylor Brussels team.

You will act as a BIM Manager for a team of ~10 architects while performing a key design role.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading medium to large-scale projects.

Key attributes:

• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required.
• BIM Manager / Architect with at least 5 years of experience with proven design and technical capabilities.
• Experience in leading medium and large-scale mixed-use projects.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and effectively manage your time.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in FR/ENG (NL is a +).
• Good graphic design presentation skills, including knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp etc.
