Chapman Taylor involved in new Barco Escape Cinema in the UAE

The leading cinema technology brand, Barco, and Reel Cinemas (under Emaar Entertainment), have completed the installation of the Barco Escape Cinema at Marina Mall, Dubai.

Barco Escape Cinema is a premium offering for moviegoers which presents the movie over three screens, giving a totally immersive experience.  Barco Escape harnesses the power of 3x DCI Barco Series II projectors and Barco Alchemy processing to deliver a compelling new way to experience the cinema. 

Chapman Taylor’s Dubai and London studios were involved in designing these state-of-the-art cinemas.  Director and cinema specialist, David Wallace, says “This is an exciting opportunity for Chapman Taylor to be involved with these leading installations for the Barco Escape Cinema brand. The effect is totally immersive and unique to Reel Cinemas in the UAE. We are looking forward to using our leisure expertise to help them make an impact in the region.”
