From a single-use to a comprehensive mixed-use development

Our proposed £150m development will see existing retail on the Lincoln St Marks site redeveloped with a more comprehensive mixed-use scheme.

Residential and student accommodation

Whilst also improving links to the High Street and the University of Lincoln, the scheme will bring new investment into the city and will create 37,000m² of new retail and leisure space, up to 150 new residential units, up to 1,250 new student residences, a hotel of up to 130 rooms, a car park of up to 1,100 spaces and over 1,300 dedicated secure cycle spaces across the site. 

Chapman Taylor has provided the masterplan and design for the planning application which is awaiting consent.
