It is proposed that accomodation will be contained within two buildings and be accompanied by 929 car parking spaces partly at surface and in a decked facility. Ancillary buildings include a security lodge, refuse store, electricity sub-station and back-up generator. Access to the development will be taken from Mercury Way, with a new junction to Barton Dock Road formed to facilitate improved access and vehicle flows.
