This design is for an outline planning permission for the erection of a maximum of 27,870m2 of BCO Grade A office accomodation.

It is proposed that accomodation will be contained within two buildings and be accompanied by 929 car parking spaces partly at surface and in a decked facility. Ancillary buildings include a security lodge, refuse store, electricity sub-station and back-up generator. Access to the development will be taken from Mercury Way, with a new junction to Barton Dock Road formed to facilitate improved access and vehicle flows.

A prestigious landmark development, the buildings will embody the most up-to-date office facilities, energy conservation measure and building environmental systems and will be sited within a formal landscaped setting that includes water.
