The Baku Business Centre is located in the heart of the capital city of Azerbaijan. The building provides dramatic vistas with the sculptural quality of the building revealed as visitors approach it along the seafront promenade. The strong forms of the three principle elements of glass, aluminium and finely detailed local stone enclose a large exhibition /conference facility, high quality offices and a luxury restaurant with breathtaking views over the Caspian Sea.

The building's inclined roof stretches out into the promenade, floating above the landscaping and creating a welcoming and flexible exterior public space for exhibitions and events. In adopting a restrained palette of materials, bespoke integrated lighting and considered detailing, the building conveys a business-like and sophisticated image.
